This is a story about a father and son who never said they love each other. Sam is 14 and is facing the prospect of living alone with an uncommunicative father as his mother has just passed away. On the day of the funeral he runs away pursued by his best friend Morgan who helps Sam wrestle with truth, trust and the courage to face the future. A down to earth experience that will entertain and inspire your children.
Rocks in my Head is presented in association with Villanova College and will directed by Sue Lawson as her farewell project before retiring from teaching at the end of 2008. Sue has inspired students and colleagues alike with her energetic teaching style that has captivated her “boys” at Villanova for the last 12 years, this production has been created especially for her as a tribute to her dedication to drama education.
